A simple healthy snack to nibble on. You can make these with garlic or without. Many people make them with sea salt and olive oil. Be creative! This is how I made them because I’m a garlic addict. You may need to adjust quantities depending on how much Kale you have. Essentially lightly coat the kale with oil and sprinkle with salt or your choice.
1 bunch Kale
1 tbsp Garlic flavored Olive Oil (or olive oil)
1 tsp Garlic Salt
Preheat oven to 350.
Wash and dry Kale.
Tear Kale leaves into about 2 inch pieces, avoiding stems.
Toss pieces in oil.
Lay flat and separated on baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until leaves are crisp.
Cool, and enjoy!
