2 cups of cooked chickpeas 1 tsp of sea salt 1 garlic clove 1/4 cup of  tahini 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp of paprika 1 tsp of thyme Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Top with a pinch each of thyme, paprika, and sea salt. Enjoy!
